This musical was created by the Academy for New Musical Theater. In this musical, a spontaneous musical erupts when an irate customer can’t get satisfaction from a store clerk.

"The Academy for New Musical Theater is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of new musicals. For three decades, we’ve been bringing writers, actors and producers together. Now we’re reaching out online with our new site, anmt.tv. ANMT develops new musicals for producers all across the country. "Improv Everywhere causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 85 missions involving thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City." - http://improveverywhere.com

For this mission 16 agents participated. They used wireless microphones that were connected to the mall’s PA system. The mission was filmed with hidden cameras that were mostly hidden behind 2-way mirrors. In the food court, no one but the performers knew what was going on.
